Anna Ford

Anna Ford possesses extensive experience in human resources and people development, currently serving as the Head of Remuneration and Benefits at Allens since January 2022, with additional responsibilities as the acting Head of People Operations and Insights. Prior to this role, Anna held positions including Senior People and Development Manager at Clayton Utz from February 2015 to January 2022, and National People and Development Manager at Allen & Overy for a brief contract in 2014. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Suncorp Group and as an ER Consultant at McIlroy IR Group. Anna holds an Intermediate Award in Employment Law from CIPD UK and completed a degree at The University of Queensland.
