Ben Farnsworth

Ben Farnsworth is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in complex project finance, leveraged finance, and corporate finance transactions, both domestically in Australia and internationally. Currently serving as a Partner at Allens since September 2010, Ben has advised notable clients, including Wesfarmers on financing and treasury transactions and acted on behalf of lenders for Fortescue Metals Group's significant financing initiatives. Prior to this role, Ben gained valuable experience as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP specializing in Project and Leveraged Finance, and held associate and solicitor positions at Norton Rose Group and Allens. Ben Farnsworth holds a combined Arts and Law degree from the University of Sydney.
