Franki Ganter is a Partner at Allens, with expertise in M&A and corporate advisory, specializing in advising both foreign and domestic clients on strategic M&A, privatizations, restructures, capital raising, capital management, and corporate governance across various sectors including funds and financial services, infrastructure, energy transition, transport, defence, agribusiness, and government. Franki Ganter has extensive knowledge of ASX Listing Rules, the Corporations Act, and FIRB compliance. Previous experience includes serving as a Partner at Minter Ellison and roles as Senior Associate/Special Counsel and Associate at Mourant Ozannes and Conyers Dill & Pearman, respectively. Franki Ganter holds an LLB (Hons) degree, awarded the University Medal, from Queensland University of Technology, completed between 1993 and 1996.
