Jane M. is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various high-level director and chair positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chair at BlueScope and the Board Chair at EnergyAustralia, Jane also contributes as a Non Executive Director at Allianz, Allens, and previously at Newcrest Mining, United Malt, Home Consortium, Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd, and Bravery Trust. Jane's governance experience includes a tenure as a Board Member at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. Academically, Jane holds a Monash University Fellowship and degrees in Law and Economics from Monash University, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from ICSA.
