Jillian Button

Jillian Button is an accomplished professional in environmental law and sustainability, currently serving as Environment Partner at Allens since January 2018 and as Director at the World Wildlife Fund since September 2022. Previously, Jillian held the title of Environment and Planning Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and worked as a Senior Associate and Lawyer at Minter Ellison. Additional experience includes a role as Foreign Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP and an internship at the Center for International Environmental Law. Jillian's academic credentials include an LLM from Harvard Law School, focused on climate change and international environmental law, a Future Sustainability Leaders course from the Centre for Sustainability Leadership, and a BA/LLB from the University of Melbourne.
