Michelle Faulkner

Michelle Faulkner is an accomplished professional in talent management and education with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and People Strategy at Allens since March 2021, Michelle leads national initiatives in talent, performance, and succession planning. Previous roles at Allens include Senior Manager of Talent & Capability, where the focus was on creating impactful talent management strategies, and Talent and Capability Manager, which involved overseeing engagement and performance processes. Prior to Allens, Michelle held significant educational leadership positions, including Assistant Head of Junior School at Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong, managing the wellbeing of 500 students and leading a diverse team of over 50 teachers. Michelle's educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resources from London South Bank University and various degrees in education and applied science.
