Ngoc Anh Tran

Ngoc Anh Tran is a Partner at Allens, with a professional journey beginning in September 2011, progressing through roles of Managing Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate. Recent expertise includes advising Northstar on its investments in Topica and UP Co, as well as assisting Standard Chartered Private Equity in divesting its stake in Golden Gate Trade and Services Joint Stock Company and acquiring a stake in Nkids. Ngoc Anh also served as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore's Faculty of Law from January to April 2014.
