Nick Adkins

Nick Adkins is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience in Banking and Finance Law, currently serving as a Partner at Allens since May 2002, specializing in Project & Infrastructure Finance, Acquisition Finance, Property Finance, Corporate Finance, and Restructuring. Adkins also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Sydney from July 2016 to August 2020, focusing on project and infrastructure finance within the Law Faculty's course 'Advanced Financing Techniques.' Adkins holds a Law and Business degree with a Finance major from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2001, and has furthered education at Peking University from 1998 to 1999, following an education at North Sydney Boys High School from 1989 to 1994.
