Oxana Monteleone

Oxana Monteleone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects at Allens since July 2014, roles have included Senior Manager positions in Practice Strategy and Business & Finance. Prior experience includes a tenure at Grant Thornton Australia as Head of Operational Transformation, focusing on operational efficiency and risk management. Oxana also held multiple key finance roles at Ernst & Young, including Chief Financial Officer for Australia and New Zealand, and was instrumental in managing stakeholder relationships and finance functions. Earlier career experience at PwC as Manager in Assurance & Advisory began in Moscow and progressed during a secondment in Sydney. Oxana holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Management from Far Eastern Federal University.
