Rachel Nicolson

Rachel Nicolson serves as a Partner at Allens since July 2013, specializing in providing legal advice and representation for multinationals in commercial disputes both within Australia and internationally. Nicolson's expertise includes advising corporates on legal risks associated with operating in high-risk jurisdictions, particularly concerning bribery, sanctions laws, international trade and investment laws, and business human rights obligations. Prior to this role, Nicolson was a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson from February 2003 to June 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public and International Laws from the University of Melbourne (2010-2013) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours from MacRobertson Girls High School.
