Rebecca Pleming

Rebecca Pleming is a Partner at Allens, where Rebecca has advanced from Senior Associate to Managing Associate since June 2018, specializing in planning and environmental law for clients in diverse sectors such as transport, healthcare, energy, and technology. Notably, Rebecca has experience in handling complex planning appeals and civil enforcement proceedings, including the largest planning appeal in the ACT during 2016/2017. Prior to Allens, Rebecca served as Special Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright from February 2008 to February 2018, providing comprehensive advice and representation in environmental and planning law, including litigation within the NSW Land and Environment Court. Additionally, Rebecca worked as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions NSW from 2006 to 2008, managing indictable criminal matters. Rebecca holds an LLB from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from Macquarie University.
