Richard began legal training as an Articled Clerk and progressed through the ranks to Solicitor and Senior Associate. Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Australia, attended from 1997 to 2001, and completed studies at Christ Church Grammar School in 1995-1996.
