Sarah Dynon

Sarah Dynon is an experienced employment relations professional with a demonstrated history in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Employment Relations Manager at Allens since January 2021, Sarah has previously held positions including Employment Relations Manager and People & Development Manager at the same firm. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Global Associate Development and Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Latham & Watkins, focusing on partner and associate recruitment and development. Sarah also worked as a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Taylor Root and began a legal career at Allens as an Articled Clerk and Lawyer. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, earned between 2002 and 2007.
