Wendy Rae

Wendy Rae currently serves as the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Foreign Investment Committee - Business Section at the Law Council of Australia, and as the Melbourne Deputy Chair of the Corporations Committee - Business Section. Since July 1999, Wendy has been a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Group at Allens. In addition, Wendy has been a member of the Australian Advisory Board of the Centre at the University of Melbourne since September 2015. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, which were completed between 1986 and 1990.
