Massimo Collesano

Massimo Collesano has over 20 years of experience working in finance and management roles. Massimo served as the Managing Director - Finance & HR Director for Allergy Therapeutics starting in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the accounting and controlling staff, developing and enforcing accounting policies, improving budget and forecasting processes, and ensuring tax compliance. Massimo also handled credit risk management, managed relationships with banks, and prepared annual financial statements. Additionally, they supervised the HR and payroll functions and implemented an HR and payroll system. Prior to Allergy Therapeutics, they worked as a Finance Manager for Curium Pharma from 2012 to 2016 and as an Accounting Manager for IBA from 2010 to 2012. Massimo started their career as a Finance Manager at Mediterranea Biotecnologie Srl, where they also served as the Head of the Quality Management System ISO 9001.

Massimo Collesano has a background in economics and commerce. Massimo attended the Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti and obtained a degree in Economia e Commercio. Massimo also pursued a graduate degree in Economics from the same university.
