Susan Coles

Susan Coles is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer at Allero Therapeutics BV and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at OncoNex-Remunity SAS since 2024, Susan also holds a Non-Executive Director position at TME Pharma, where responsibilities include chairing the Compensation, Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee. Previously, Susan was General Counsel and Head of Finance & HR at Vivet Therapeutics, leading the company's transition from pre-clinical to clinical stages, and served as General Counsel at Inventiva Pharma during its Nasdaq IPO. Additional roles include General Counsel at Stallergenes and legal positions at Laboratoires Fournier/Solvay Pharmaceuticals. Susan holds an LLB from the University of Toronto and has been called to the Bar in New York and Ontario.
