Previous experiences include serving as Project Manager at Saint Consulting from June 2004 to June 2007, where Joel focused on zoning and land-use politics. Earlier roles included Field Director for the Manchester team of the Clark for President campaign and advance positions for notable figures such as Robert Reich and US Senator Paul Wellstone. Joel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northeastern University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Political Science and Government from Harvard Extension School.
