Kathryn Koch serves as the Manager of Human Resources, Compliance, and ITS at ALLETE Clean Energy since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the human resources function and advising executive leaders on HR matters to align priorities with operational objectives. Previously, Kathryn Koch held the position of Manager of HR Systems & Operational Excellence at ALLETE from January 2009 to February 2019, where leadership in managing HR systems and optimizing information systems was key. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Compensation, Payroll, HRIS, and Health Benefits, focusing on program strategies and processes to align with company needs. Kathryn Koch holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
