Kristin van Tassel

Kristin Van Tassel, CRA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in records management and graphic design. Since January 2014, Kristin serves as a Record Specialist Senior at ALLETE, where responsibilities include directing a records modernization effort and ensuring regulatory compliance while minimizing litigation risk and preserving company history. Prior roles at ALLETE include Record Specialist and Media Technician, focusing on modernizing procedures and producing audio/visual content, respectively. Previously, Kristin worked as a Graphic Designer at K1 Sportswear, managing the Graphics Department's scheduling and workflow. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Design Technology from Bemidji State University, completed in 2011.
