Mike Arhart

Mike Arhart is the owner of Arhart Consulting Inc, providing database engineering consulting services since April 2007. With extensive experience in database automation and management, Mike has worked as a consultant for various organizations, including ALLETE and Sleep Number Corporation, focusing on platform migrations, database upgrades, and automation using Open Source tools like Ansible. Previous roles at Starkey Hearing Technologies, Cargill, and UnitedHealth Group have equipped Mike with a strong background in Oracle Applications DBA and core DBA functions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
