Alicia Baros, Ph.D, APRN, PMHNP-BC, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Nursing for Telebehavioral Health at Alleviant Health Centers since November 2019. Additionally, Alicia holds a position as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences since August 2020. Previous experience includes working as a Nurse Practitioner at Families, Inc. Counseling Services from 2016 to November 2019 and as an Advanced Practice Partner at UAMS from October 2014 to October 2016. Earlier in the career, Alicia contributed as a Mental Health Staff Educator at Gulf Coast Veteran's Affairs Hospital from 2013 to 2014. Alicia earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of South Alabama, a Doctorate in Pharmacology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Allegheny College.
