Matthew Dean

Matthew has broad experience of all aspects of design and construction in a range of sectors including transport, retail, residential, healthcare, education and workplace. He joined AHMM in 2010 after working for nineteen years at a senior level in a leading London practice, and was made an Associate Director in 2022. At AHMM Matthew has been responsible for the design, development and delivery of 10 New Burlington Street, a complex commercial project for the Crown Estate on London’s Regent Street. Subsequently he worked on Building W9, a £70m redevelopment of the south west quadrant of Oxford Circus and adjacent buildings, also for the Crown Estate. Matthew has most recently been leading the East Oxford Street project, a mixed-use development at 29-43 Oxford Street and 16-19 Soho Square.
