Masoom Jain

Director Of Product & People at Abaqus Inc.

Masoom Jain has a work experience in two different companies. From 2017 onwards, Masoom worked at Abaqus Inc. in various roles starting as a Customer Success Manager in February 2017. In this role, Masoom collaborated with the Sales & Support team, improved customer success metrics, and assisted customers during onboarding. Later, Masoom became an Associate Product Manager in August 2017 and then upgraded to Product Manager in February 2019. Finally, in February 2021, Masoom was promoted to the position of Director of Product & People at Abaqus Inc.

Prior to joining Abaqus Inc., Masoom worked as a Faculty Member at VIDYARTHI CLASSES from October 2014 until March 2016. As a Junior Faculty, Masoom taught Computer Science and Informatics Practices to higher secondary students, focusing on programming languages like C++ and Java, DBMS concepts, and IT applications. Additionally, Masoom taught Chemistry and Physics to matriculate students during this period.

Masoom Jain completed the Accelerated Management Program in General Management at NUS Business School from 2022 to 2023. Masoom earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Gauhati University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed high school at Faculty Higher Secondary School from 2009 to 2011. In their earlier education, they attended Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School for Junior High School [Matriculation]. In addition to their formal education, Masoom Jain has also obtained several certifications, including Marketing Strategy, Data for Product Managers, Tea Sommelier Program, Product Strategy, Entrepreneurship Essentials, Fundamentals of Product Management, Understanding Design Thinking & People Centred Design, Interaction Design, and Web Development.
