Alisha Gildon

Alisha Rowlee Gildon, MSW, LSW, currently serves as an Information Technology Business Analyst and Diversity and Inclusion ERG Co-Lead at AllHealth Network, where responsibilities include developing and implementing programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as providing executive coaching on DEI issues. Previously, Alisha held positions such as Child and Family Clinical Therapist, Project Program Coordinator at Denver Housing Authority, and Clinical Therapist at multiple organizations, offering therapeutic services and assessments using various evidence-based models. Alisha's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and a Master of Social Work from Simmons University.
