Meredith Donner

Meredith Donner, LMFT, LAC, currently serves as the PATH Clinical Team Lead and ICM Therapist at AllHealth Network, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Meredith worked at Jefferson Center for Mental Health from August 2020 to October 2023 as the Assistant Program Coordinator and Primary Therapist. Additional experience includes serving as Volunteer Program Coordinator at Foothills Animal Shelter, Therapeutic Case Worker at Denver Health's Opiate Addiction Treatment Program, and Program Coordinator/Transitional Case Manager at Catholic Charities of Denver. Earlier in the career, Meredith was a Caseworker III/IV at Adams County Government from February 2014 to April 2016. Education includes studies at the University of Phoenix and Fort Lewis College.
