Gina Tamborini Balderas

Gina Tamborini Balderas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and call center operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Alliance Advisors since June 2013, Gina leads the operations management team and is responsible for crafting and implementing strategies for day-to-day operations as well as major retail solicitation. Prior roles include Managing Director of Project Administration at AST Fund Solutions and Co Manager of Call Center Operations at The Altman Group, where performance metrics for call center agents were established and monitored. Gina began their career as Call Center Operations Supervisor at Superior Bank, FSB. Educationally, Gina holds an Associate's degree from Bergen Community College, earned between 1994 and 1996.
