Tyler Herka

Tyler Herka is a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Governance Group at Alliance Advisors, where responsibilities include providing timely, data-driven, and insightful advice on complex governance issues, particularly those related to compensation, since January 2013. Prior to this role, Tyler served as Vice President and Account Executive at Tabor Road Tavern from June 2009 to November 2013, culminating in experience as Head Waiter. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Montclair State University (2011-2013), an Associate's degree in Finance from County College of Morris (2009-2011), and a high school diploma from Parsippany Hills High School (2005-2009).
