Neil Pond

Neil Pond is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational technology and cyber security. Currently serving as the Operational Technology & Cyber Security Manager at Alliance Automation since February 2023, Neil leads consulting, design, implementation, and support services for critical infrastructure and major mining clients across Australia. Previously held key managerial roles at Urban Utilities and CGI, overseeing teams and managing P&L for 24x7 service delivery. Neil’s expertise spans project and program management in various sectors, delivering significant cost savings and successful implementation of multimillion-dollar projects. Educational achievements include a Graduate Diploma in Data Science from James Cook University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Applied Science from QUT.
