Currently serving as CFO at Alliance Automotive Group Benelux since September 2022, Mooren previously led the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Inter Actus B.V. and held several key positions at Pon Automotive, including CFO for Pon Commercial Vehicles and General Director at Auto Arena. Additional roles included CFO at Kulczyk Tradex, Director of Financial Shared Service Center at Pon Automotive, and Corporate Control Manager at Pon Holdings, along with prior experience in internal audit at AMP Incorporated. Roland Mooren holds a Master of Science in Business Valuation from TIAS School for Business and Society, alongside advanced degrees in Accounting and Business Economics from Tilburg University and other institutions.
