Richard Topham

Richard Topham has extensive experience in the aviation industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Line Maintenance Manager - Eastern at Alliance Airlines since July 2008, Richard oversees safe and efficient operations while ensuring compliance with CASA MOS and internal procedures. Prior roles at Alliance Airlines include Senior Base Engineer, where collaboration and safety standards were emphasized, and Engineering Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on leadership and on-time performance. Richard began their career as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Hawker Pacific, handling heavy and line maintenance on various passenger aircraft, and previously completed an apprenticeship as an Aircraft Sheetmetal Fitter at BAE Systems, working on military aircraft. Richard holds a degree from Humberside University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
