Michael Polchow

Michael Polchow currently serves as the Athletic Director at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools since January 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Bridges Academy from August 2019 to August 2024, where responsibilities included being a Physical Education Teacher and Middle School Athletic Director, developing interscholastic sports programs for exceptional learners. Additionally, Michael was a Varsity Pitching Coach at John Burroughs High School from July 2019 to June 2022, and worked as a Calibration Engineer at TrackMan and Operations Manager at i9 Sports from 2015 to 2019. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University and an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Glendale Community College.
