Todd Konigsfeld

Todd Konigsfeld is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Alliance Construction Solutions, LLC since 2012, Todd has held multiple leadership roles, focusing on oversight of construction activities, developing and maintaining various schedules, and ensuring site safety. Prior to this, Todd worked at Denver Drywall from March 2007 to 2012 as a Foreman, managing large framing teams and overseeing all aspects of structural framing and drywall installation. Todd's career began in 1992 in various roles as a Structural Framer and Drywall worker, where significant skills were acquired, leading to the position of foreman. Todd's solid foundation in the trades, further enhanced by education from Lake Dallas High School, underscores a robust commitment to the construction industry.
