Drew Dienslake has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Drew started their career as a Lifeguard at Batavia Park District in 2010, where they provided water and recreation safety services to patrons. In 2011, they became a ReadyU Campus Ambassador at Mr. Youth, organizing and promoting large scale events on campus.

In 2012, Drew held two positions simultaneously. Drew worked as an HBO Campus Agent at GMR Marketing, where they developed and implemented a social media strategy to increase brand awareness on campus and held events to promote new shows and the HBO brand. Drew also served as a Central Region Marketing Intern at Frontier Communications, conducting market research, designing creative material, and creating purchase orders for marketing items.

From 2013 to 2016, Drew worked at Sears Holdings Corporation, starting as a Sales Coordinator and later becoming an Account Manager and National Account Manager. In these roles, they managed the transition of Orchard Supply from vendor managed to KCD managed, collaborated with agencies to develop marketing materials, and led the development of the Craftsman Mechanics Tool planogram.

Drew then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2017 as a National Account Manager. During their time there, they also served as a Program Manager-Craftsman, where they managed the strategic integration of Craftsman business into Stanley Black & Decker from Sears, ensuring alignment with Ace Hardware. Drew later became a Channel Marketing Manager, collaborating with the sales team to plan promotions and programs and managing pricing, programs, and promotions for 5000+ SKUs across six brands in the co-op channel. Lastly, they held the position of National Sales Manager at Alliance Consumer Group in 2022.

In 2022, Drew joined Canidae Pet Food as the Director of Sales, overseeing the sales department.

Drew Dienslake pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning in 2009 when they attended Illinois State University. There, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing, which spanned from 2009 to 2013. Later on, Drew furthered their education by enrolling at Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management in 2019. Drew successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management, which concluded in 2021.
