Alliance Counseling Group
Phil Quinn is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in ministry and mental health counseling. Currently serving as the Pastor of Discipleship at Hope Church RCA since September 2022, Phil oversees various programming initiatives while providing pastoral care. Concurrently, as a Counseling Intern at Alliance Counseling Group, Phil offers mental health counseling under supervision. Prior experience includes roles as Co-Pastor and Director of Children, Youth, and Young Adult Ministries at Trinity Reformed Church, and as Relational Ministries Coordinator at Love INC of Muskegon. Phil's background also includes significant human resources management at Mission Point Resort and educational leadership as an AmeriCorps Mentor Program Coordinator. Phil holds a Master of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.
