Renee Read is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Talent Manager at Alliance Defending Freedom since May 2007, where Renee leads strategic staffing initiatives to attract and hire top talent. Prior to this role, Renee worked at State Farm from April 2001 to May 2007 as an Underwriter - Team Leader, where responsibilities included evaluating insurance applications, making sound underwriting decisions, and developing relationships with insurance agents.
