Ryan Dornik

Ryan Dornik, MBA, currently serves as an IT Project Manager at Alliance Defending Freedom, having joined the organization in July 2023. With a strong background in project management, Ryan has held various positions across several reputable companies including Deloitte, Freedom Financial Network, and Paradigm Technology, where responsibilities spanned from IT Project Manager to Project Manager. Previous roles include IT Project Manager and IT Project Coordinator at Wave Broadband and Ciber, as well as Operational Specialist at Robert Half. Additionally, Ryan has experience in sports management, serving as Director of Basketball Operations at Northwest University and as a basketball coach at The Bear Creek School. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northwest University, along with an Associate's degree in General Studies from Yakima Valley Community College.
