Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Alliance DNA Laboratory since October 2015, Stefan oversees multiple departments to enhance operational functions and strategic planning for long-term growth. Previously, as Chief Science Officer and Executive Vice President at General Genetics Corporation from March 2005 to October 2014, Stefan managed scientific operations and led significant process improvements, contributing to increased efficiency and revenue. Stefan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Military Science from the University of Texas.
