Neil Phillips is a seasoned Process Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently working at Alliance Engineering since April 2023. Prior to this role, Neil Phillips amassed significant expertise during a 13-year tenure at 3M, where responsibilities included overseeing new equipment installation and commissioning, as well as new product development for oriented film lines. Neil Phillips also contributed to resin manufacturing processes to support 3M's film production and led diverse initiatives from process modeling to lean manufacturing implementation. Earlier experiences include a co-op position at TAMKO from 1993 to 1997. Neil Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama, completed in 1997.
