At Alliance, the largest wholesale distributor of physical home entertainment audio and video software in the United States, Dean leads an independent distribution model that provides innovative solutions for various content providers. Before this role, Dean was the Founder and Partner at TEAM - Total Entertainment Asset Management from March 2009 to April 2013, offering comprehensive management services for intellectual property. Earlier career achievements include serving as Group Vice President of Sales at Alliance Entertainment from 2005 to 2008, where strategic planning and sales channel expansion were key responsibilities, and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at RED Distribution from 1987 to 2005, focusing on developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
