Amanda Burckhardt

Education Legal Advocate & Trainer at Alliance for Children's Rights

Amanda Burckhardt currently serves as a Capital Budget Outreach & Analysis Specialist at Minnesota Management and Budget, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at the Alliance for Children's Rights from June 2019 to July 2023, first as an Education Legal Advocate & Trainer and then as an Education Legal Assistant, where responsibilities included investigating compliance violations in education for foster and probation youth, developing advocacy plans, and conducting training on education laws.
