Eduardo Garcia is currently the Program Manager at Alliance for Community Empowerment, with previous experience at First To Serve as a Program Manager and Penny Lane Centers as a Social Worker. With a Master of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and an Associate of Science in Chemistry, Eduardo brings a diverse educational background to their work in community empowerment and social services.

(ACE) is a nonprofit corporation ACE's mission is to strengthen under-served communities by assisting the individual through education, vocational training, leadership development, and community engagement. Through knowledge and self-discovery the individual becomes empowered and a community becomes stronger. Our Goal: • To develop Resilient Leaders through Leadership Development Training, Counseling, and Mentoring. • To Unite individuals, community, and the world in positive change through Community Outreach, Advocacy, and Civic Engagement. • To help individuals transform their lives and their community through Education, Vocational Training, Housing Projects, and Career Counseling. • To instill Hope and belief in one’s capability to fulfill their own potential and contribute to the well-being of others.
