Alliance for Community Empowerment, Inc. (ACE) is a  nonprofit corporation   ACE's mission is to strengthen under-served communities by assisting the individual through education, vocational training, leadership development, and community engagement. Through knowledge and self-discovery the individual becomes empowered and a community becomes stronger. 

Our Goal:
• To develop Resilient Leaders through Leadership Development Training, Counseling, and Mentoring.
• To Unite individuals, community, and the world in positive change through Community Outreach, Advocacy, and Civic Engagement.
• To help individuals transform their lives and their community through Education, Vocational Training, Housing Projects, and Career Counseling.
• To instill Hope and belief in one’s capability to fulfill their own potential and contribute to the well-being of others.

The Youth Programs team at Alliance for Community Empowerment (ACE) focuses on empowering young individuals through education, vocational training, leadership development, and personalized support. The team, composed of care managers, a transition specialist, an academic counselor, and a youthbuild teacher, provides holistic support including mentorship, counseling, and academic guidance to help youth develop resilience and leadership skills, enabling them to successfully transition into adulthood and become active, positive contributors to their community.
