Wendy Jephson

Wendy Jephson is a prominent figure in the fields of behavioral science and digital security, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Let's Think since January 2022, where the focus is on utilizing AI to enhance cognitive processes. Wendy has held advisory roles at the Bath Institute for Digital Security and Behaviour and the Alliance for Innovative Regulation, contributing to innovative regulatory solutions. As a Visiting Fellow at ZINC, Wendy supports the development of scalable businesses aimed at addressing societal challenges such as financial resilience. Previous positions include Chair of the Advisory Board for the Ecological Brain PhD Programme at UCL and multiple Non-Executive Director roles at various Nasdaq branches. Wendy has a strong academic background, with an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Essex.
