Wayne has more than 30 years of manufacturing experience and has worked in a variety of international managerial and leadership functions. Industries include major appliances, food, medical supplies, automotive and packaging. Wayne has a B.S. in Informatics from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Franklin Pierce University. Wayne joined AMT in 2021 as a Principal Consultant and provides Strategic Planning and Human Resource Services to small to mid-sized manufacturers in the Southern Tier.
