Michael Martin

Michael Martin has a diverse work experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, equity research, private equity, and portfolio management. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Alliance for Multispecialty Research, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Southern Veterinary Partners as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Senior Associate. Michael also had roles at Founders Advisors as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst, Engaged Capital LLC as an Equity Research MBA Intern, Littlebanc as a Private Equity Summer Analyst, Greystone Ventures - SFO as a Portfolio Manager and Financial Analyst, and ChipRewards, Inc. as an intern.
