Zach Carlino

Zach Carlino is an experienced professional with a diverse background in development and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, Inc. since May 2021, Zach previously held various roles at Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. from 2017 to May 2021, including Programs Associate and Programs Assistant. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Ops Director at NextGen America from July 2016 to June 2017, and serving as an Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of Mount Union from September 2014 to April 2016. Zach began a professional baseball career with the Alamogordo White Sands Pupfish in 2014. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Mount Union, completed in 2014, and prior education at Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School.
