Mauricio Rosales Gallardo has extensive experience in the agriculture industry, with a focus on dairy production and environmental sustainability. As a Senior Agriculture Projects Manager at Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Mauricio leads projects aimed at improving water quality, soil health, and climate change mitigation in agricultural land. Previously, Mauricio worked as a Dairy Extension Educator at Penn State University, where Mauricio developed educational programs for dairy producers and conducted financial analysis for dairies. With a Master's Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Minnesota, Mauricio has a strong background in research and practical experience in managing livestock health and nutrition.
