Rick Tempchin serves as a Senior Advisor at the Alliance for Transportation Electrification since January 2021 and has been a Senior Fellow Emeritus at the Alliance to Save Energy since June 2018. Previously, Rick Tempchin held the position of Executive Director of Customer Solutions at the Edison Electric Institute for over three decades, from July 1987 to June 2018. Prior to this, Rick Tempchin worked as a Senior Analyst at Navigant Corporation/Synergic Resources and as a Research Resident at the US Department of Energy's Office of Electricity Policy. Rick Tempchin earned an MBA in Energy Resource Economics from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
