Ryan Pearce

Ryan Pearce is an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and construction management. Currently employed at Alliance Groundworks and Civils Limited since February 2023, Ryan has previously worked at M&J Evans Construction Limited and Land & Water, where responsibilities included managing sub-contractors, overseeing site safety, performing setting out duties, conducting surveys, and preparing CAD sketches. Ryan holds an HNC in Construction and the Built Environment, along with several NVQ qualifications in civil engineering and construction site supervision. Prior experience at HM Prison Service involved operational support and security duties.
