MacLean Fraser

MacLean Fraser is currently the Key Account Manager and Brand Ambassador at Alliance Group Limited. Prior to this, MacLean worked as the Executive Chef at Bolton Hotel, a 5-star boutique hotel. With extensive experience in the culinary industry, MacLean has also held positions such as Head Chef at Dockside Restaurant and Bar, Executive Sous Chef at Pacific Regency Hotel Suites, and Sous Chef at Hippopotamus Restaurant, Museum Hotel. MacLean has a diverse educational background, including a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from Victoria University of Wellington and various culinary certifications from institutions like Taylors University College and The French Culinary School in Asia.
